This roughly two-acre, pedestrian-friendly development includes 615 residences, significant open space, ground-level commercial and numerous infrastructure improvements that will reduce congestion and enhance walkability within the neighborhood.

What’s more, up to 20% of the housing units will be affordable, a historic number of onsite affordable housing in Lincoln Park.

Transportation Improvements

1840 N Marcey will also benefit the local community with roadway and infrastructure improvements, including:

Removal of the railroad tracks and resurfacing of Kingsbury Street
Resurfacing of Marcey Street, Clifton Avenue and Wisconsin Street
Widening sidewalks and providing landscaping along the site
Prioritizing pedestrians and cyclists with new bump outs and enhanced bicycle network, including a Divvy station
Enhancements to 16 nearby intersections, including modernizing traffic signal equipment and optimizing timings
